Invitation-based · tax & accounting first

Make the missing pieces visible.

Apraxo is building a clearer path from a client request to files and answers your team can review. We are shaping the first pilot with small tax, accounting, and bookkeeping firms.

The intake workflow below illustrates the planned experience. Product development is underway.

The planned workflow

From request to ready for review.

One tax intake may involve a prior-year return, W-2, photo ID, and answers about the client’s situation. Your firm decides what belongs in the request; the example is illustrative.

01

Send one request

Your firm chooses the questions and documents needed for a specific client and piece of work.

02

See what is missing

The planned client view shows what to answer, upload, or confirm, without searching an email thread.

03

Review before work starts

Staff can distinguish a missing item from a received file that still needs review.

What can be tried now?

Apraxo is still in development. We can discuss your workflow and use sample information for demonstrations. The client intake and review experience shown on this site is the design direction, not a claim that the full pilot is available today.

Before a selected firm uses real client tax records, we will confirm the working features, complete the agreed readiness and security checks, and review the conditions with the firm.

Pilot terms

Know the commitment before you join.

Selected pilot firms will not pay a subscription fee during the pilot. Some third-party actions, such as identity verification for signatures, may use prepaid credits. We will explain the actions, rates, and approval process before you choose to use them.

The pilot is a working relationship: your team brings one intake workflow, helps us test it, and tells us where clients or staff get stuck. We will agree on the initial users, client scope, support contact, and onboarding steps together.

THE FIRST CONVERSATION COVERS
  • Your current intake tools and follow-up process
  • What clients send, and how staff review it
  • Which pilot capabilities are ready
  • Timing, costs, and data-handling questions

Apraxo does not prepare or file tax returns. Your tax software remains the place for that work.

What happens next

A conversation first. A pilot plan together.

1

Tell us about your firm

Share your current setup and the intake step that costs your team the most follow-up.

2

Walk through one real workflow

We will discuss your process and show a sample-data walkthrough. Do not send us client tax records for a demo.

3

Agree on a pilot plan

If there is a fit, we will confirm the available scope, onboarding steps, costs, and data-readiness conditions before client work moves into Apraxo.

Before you decide

Good questions for an early pilot.

Can my firm move client tax data into Apraxo today?

Not for a sample-data demonstration. We will agree on the working scope and complete the real-data readiness checks with each selected firm before client records are used.

Will clients need an app?

The planned first client experience is a signed-in browser portal designed for phones and computers. A native mobile app is outside the first pilot.

Does this replace TaxDome or tax-preparation software?

Apraxo is being built around client intake and the handoff into practice work. The pilot is not a tax-preparation or filing tool. We will discuss whether it fits alongside or in place of your current practice workflow after learning how your firm works.

What if we are outside tax or accounting?

The first cohort is focused on tax, accounting, and bookkeeping. Other industry workflows are planned directions, with no pilot availability promised yet.

Talk about the tax-firm pilot

Where does your intake stall?

Tell us a little about your firm. We will use it to discuss fit and the next step. Please do not put client tax or personal information in this form.

This request starts a pilot conversation; it does not enroll your firm or its clients in the software.

We will use these details to contact you about the pilot. No client tax information, please.
