Industries

Client work moves when the missing pieces arrive.

Apraxo is being built around one repeatable job: request the right information, help clients send it, and give teams a clear place to review it. Tax and accounting come first; the industries below are future directions.

01 / Pilot focus

Tax & accounting firms

Our first pilot is for small tax and accounting firms collecting client documents and answers. A client could move through one guided checklist while staff see what is missing, received, or ready to review.

For example, a tax-return request may call for a prior-year return, W-2s, an ID, and a 1099 only when it applies. The firm decides what each client needs; Apraxo is being designed to make that request and its progress easier to follow.

WHERE IT STARTS
  • Tax return intakeCollect answers and documents before preparation begins.
  • New-client onboardingGather contact, entity, and prior-firm details in one request.
  • Recurring bookkeepingRequest missing records and resolve open questions each period.

Illustrative workflows for the upcoming pilot; availability and scope will be confirmed with selected firms.

After the tax pilot

More practices. The same need for clarity.

These industry packs are in Apraxo’s product plan. They are examples of how the approach could extend, not features available in the first pilot.

03 / PLANNED INDUSTRY PACK

Mortgage & lending

Help borrowers work through document requests as a loan moves from application toward closing.

A familiar bottleneck

A borrower uploads one bank statement but misses another, then receives a new request for a gift letter. The team needs a current view of each condition.

What a team might request

  • Pay stubs, W-2s, and bank statements
  • Tax returns, ID, and purchase agreement
  • Gift letters, explanations, and insurance documents

How the workflow could work

  1. Request documents for the current loan stage
  2. Show the borrower what is still outstanding
  3. Review new files and ask for corrections when needed

The planned lending pack would group requests and responses under the right loan and stage.

04 / PLANNED INDUSTRY PACK

Agencies & professional services

Start projects with a complete brief and the creative assets needed to do the work.

A familiar bottleneck

A website project begins before the client has supplied approved copy, brand files, or photography. The team repeatedly asks for assets while production waits.

What a team might request

  • Project brief and brand guidelines
  • Logos, fonts, photography, and product data
  • Page copy, feedback, and proof approvals

How the workflow could work

  1. Send a project kickoff request
  2. Let the client add files and answers over time
  3. Review inputs before production and proofs before delivery

The planned agency pack would keep incoming assets and review steps connected to the project.

Built one step at a time

Help shape the first chapter.

We’re speaking with tax and accounting firms first. Other industry workflows will be considered as the underlying client-request experience develops.
